 分享无动力污水处理装置的主要操作流程

  无动力污水处理装置以A/O生化工艺为主,集降解污水沉降、氧化消毒等工艺于一体的生活污水及类似生活污水的工业废水,设备结构紧凑、占地少,全部设置于地下,运行经济,抗冲击浓度能力强,处理效率高,管理维修方便。

  操作流程如下:

  1.安装调试人员首先要打开进水阀门、出水阀门,启动设备进水提升水泵,将调节池的污水输送到地生活污水处理设备中开始。

  2.对于初次使用及调试的设备,当水位达到设备1/2高度时停止水泵进水,打开风机进水阀,开启风机,缓缓打开风机出风阀,向接触氧化池内曝气48小时后再启动进水提升水泵将污水加入至设备3/4处,再向池内曝气24小时。

  3.工作人员要用手触摸填料是否有粘状感,同时观察水体微生物生长情况,直至填料上生长出一层橙黄色生物膜,方可连续向设备输送污水,水量应逐步增加至设计水量。

  4.定时观察水中微生物生长情况,发现异常应及时控制进水水量加以调整。

  5.要观察二沉池水流流态,出水堰集水必须均匀,一般每隔24小时必须排泥一次,排泥时打开排泥电磁阀,利用气提方式将二沉池内的污泥提升至污泥池。

  6.无动力污水处理装置根据需要在消毒池内加入消毒剂,二沉池来水经过消毒剂加药罐,药剂部分溶解,达到消毒的目的。经处理过的水在清水箱内停留约0.5小时后,就达到了排放要求,可以向外界受水体排放。

  7.设备调试结束并正常运行后,系统即可进入自动运行。现场将水泵、风机的操作切换在自动运行状态,由于电气操作控制柜是利用PLC自动控制程序,在设备出厂前就已经加以了程序编制(每班各切换一次),运行时不必另行设置。

  8.使用方应不定期对出水水质按照环保排放要求进行检测,以保证无动力污水处理装置正常运行。

Share the main operation flow of the unpowered sewage treatment plant

The non-power sewage treatment device is mainly A/O biochemical process, which integrates degradation sewage sedimentation, oxidation disinfection and other processes into one of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater similar to domestic sewage. The equipment is compact in structure, occupies less land, and is all set underground. It is economical in operation, has strong capacity of anti-impact concentration, high treatment efficiency and convenient in management and maintenance.

The operation process is as follows:

1. The installation and debugging personnel shall first open the inlet valve and outlet valve, start the inlet water lifting pump of the equipment, and transfer the sewage from the regulating pool to the domestic sewage treatment equipment.

2. For the equipment that is used and debugged for the first time, when the water level reaches 1/2 of the height of the equipment, stop the water inlet of the pump, open the fan inlet valve, open the fan, slowly open the fan outlet valve, aerate into the contact oxidation tank for 48 hours, then start the water inlet lifting pump to add sewage to 3/4 of the equipment, and then aerate into the tank for 24 hours.

3. The staff should touch the filler with their hands and observe the growth of microorganisms in the water until a layer of orange biofilm grows on the filler. The sewage can be continuously transferred to the equipment.

4. Observe the growth of microorganisms in the water regularly, and control the amount of water inlet for adjustment if abnormal is found.

5. To observe the water flow state of the secondary sedimentation tank, the water collection of the outlet weir must be uniform. Generally, mud discharge must be conducted every 24 hours.

6. The sewage treatment device without power is required to add disinfectant into the disinfection tank. The secondary sedimentation tank enters the water and goes through the disinfectant dosing tank. After the treated water stays in the clean water tank for about 0.5 hours, it meets the discharge requirements and can be discharged to the outside water body.

7. After the equipment debugging and normal operation, the system can enter into automatic operation. The site will be the pump, fan operation switch in the automatic running state, because the electrical operation control cabinet is the use of PLC automatic control program, in the equipment before the factory has been programmed (each shift switch once), there is no need to set up when running.

8. The user shall test the effluent water quality in accordance with environmental protection discharge requirements from time to time to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment device without power.
