 城市在发展,人口在增加,随之而来的是垃圾的逐年增多。为跟上城市可持续发展的趋势,垃圾焚烧发电将逐渐取代填埋,成为今后对垃圾处理的主流方式。“十三五”全国城镇生活垃圾无害化处理设施建设规划》提出,到2020年全国垃圾焚烧处理能力达到59.14万吨/日,占无害化处理能力的比例达到54%。

  现在,生活垃圾焚烧发电项目是每个城市的“标配”,作为一个城市所有生活垃圾的处理终端,它在解决环保问题的同时不能再次产生新的环保问题,或是要最大限度地降低二次污染,而这在很大程度上得取决于央企中节能在环保设施上投入的比例。垃圾焚烧发电项目具有污染小、占地少、减量化、可循环的独特优势,目前已被欧美、日本等发达国家广泛使用,也逐渐成为我国多数城市垃圾处理的主流模式。

  

垃圾焚烧发电预处置,破解“垃圾围城”

  垃圾预处理是垃圾处理的前端技术,对于资源的再利用以及垃圾处理后续处理链条来说,都是一项必不可少的程序。

  生活垃圾中的各类无机物和含水率高的有机物,如沙土石块、金属、玻璃、厨余垃圾等,会严重降低热值,降低焚烧效率,导致烟气排放超标。

  国清生活垃圾预处理系统将大块垃圾预先被粗破碎机打碎,然后进行磁选除铁处理,最后再用板链式输送机及拨料机均匀送入锅炉进行焚烧发电。整个系统采用GI智能控制系统控制,通过各种信号指挥全系统运行。此系统包括以下设备:板链式输送机、双轴剪切式破碎机、屁带输送机、除铁器、GI智能控制柜和智能降尘等,实现垃圾均匀送入。经过破碎和分选预处理后,金属物被分离出来。破碎处理后的物料尺寸均匀,热值高且稳定,提高燃烧效率,有助于各项燃烧参数的平稳和控制。

  1.破碎系统

  生活垃圾中的各类无机物和含水率高的有机物,如沙土石块、金属、玻璃、厨余垃圾等,会严重降低热值,降低焚烧效率,导致烟气排放超标。破碎处理的主要目的是减小颗粒尺寸,增大形状的均匀度,有助于各项燃烧参数的平稳和控制,便于后续处理工序的进行。

  2.分选系统

  在垃圾焚烧预处理过程中,利用磁力分选中将金属物料与其他物料自动分离。金属物料经除铁器自动卸入缓存装置,有利于提高焚烧效率。

  3.降尘系统

  利用现代化的科技技术、系统模块化设计,根据客户实际情况定制设计的智能降尘系统,实现针对性降尘,避免降尘系统无效工作,有效节约资源。

  4.监控系统

  通过国清智能监控系统对设备运行状态及数据实时监测,提前预判设备故障,降低了设备故障维护维修成本,保障设备的连续高效运行。

  

垃圾强制分类时代,焚烧处理意义突显

  垃圾分类的推行。目前我国城市生活垃圾处理方法主要是焚烧和填埋,其中填埋过去一直是主流模式。随着垃圾焚烧发电技术的成熟,生活垃圾焚烧优势突出。

  与垃圾卫生填埋的处理方式相比,垃圾焚烧处理的优点更多:一是占地面积小,同样的处理量,不超过十五分之一;二是处理速度快,垃圾填埋处理的分解时间需要7年到30年,而焚烧处理只需要2个小时左右;三是减量效果好,填埋可减量30%,堆肥可减量60%,焚烧可减量90%;四是污染排放少,焚烧产生的污染仅为填埋的2%左右;五是能源利用率高,每吨垃圾可焚烧发电300多度,大约每5个家庭产生的生活垃圾,通过焚烧发电可满足一个家庭的日常生活用电需求。

  由于城市生活垃圾的发热量随垃圾中的水分含量的升高而降低,生活垃圾的分类收集是提高生活垃圾发热量的最有效手段,达到经济热值后焚烧有望占据更多市场空间。

  城市生活垃圾在高温下燃烧,让其中的可燃废物转变为二氧化碳和水等,产生的余热用于发电,产生的废气、飞灰进行无害化处理。焚烧发电,推进垃圾分类,可提高干垃圾热值水平,提高垃圾焚烧发电效益,实现生活垃圾的资源化、无害化、减量化。

  垃圾处理的减量化:生活垃圾经焚烧后体积可减少90%左右,不仅节约土地资源,而且避免了对空气、水体等的二次污染,实现垃圾的减量化。

All kinds of inorganic substances and organic substances with high moisture content in household waste, such as sand, soil, stones, metal, glass, kitchen waste, etc., will seriously reduce the calorific value, reduce the incineration efficiency, and lead to excessive emission of flue gas.

The guoqing household waste pretreatment system will smash the large pieces of waste in advance by the coarse crusher, and then conduct magnetic separation and iron removal treatment, and finally use the plate chain conveyor and the feeder to uniformly feed into the boiler for incineration and power generation. 1. Crushing system

4. Monitoring system

Implementation of garbage classification. At present, incineration and landfill are the main methods for the treatment of municipal solid waste in China. With the maturity of waste incineration technology, the advantages of household waste incineration are prominent.

Compared with sanitary landfill, incineration has many advantages. First, it covers a small area and has no more than 1/15 of the same treatment capacity. Second, the disposal speed is fast. The decomposition time of landfill treatment takes 7 to 30 years, while incineration treatment only takes about 2 hours. Third, the reduction effect is good, landfill can be reduced by 30%, composting can be reduced by 60%, incineration can be reduced by 90%; Fourth, less pollution emissions, incineration pollution is only about 2% of the landfill; Fifth, the energy efficiency is high. Each ton of garbage can be incinerated to generate more than 300 degrees of power. About every five households produce household garbage.

Since the calorific value of MSW decreases with the increase of moisture content in MSW, the classified collection of MSW is the most effective means to improve the calorific value of MSW, and incineration is expected to occupy more market space after reaching the economic calorific value.

The municipal solid waste is burned at high temperature, so that the combustible waste is converted into carbon dioxide and water, etc., and the waste heat generated is used for power generation, and the waste gas and fly ash generated are innocently treated. Incineration and power generation can improve the calorific value of dry waste, improve the efficiency of garbage incineration and power generation, and realize the recycling, harmless and reduction of household waste.

Reduction of garbage treatment: the volume of household garbage can be reduced by about 90% after incineration, which not only saves land resources, but also avoids secondary pollution of air and water, so as to realize the reduction of garbage.

Harmless waste treatment: the project adopts advanced technology and equipment, and USES purification device in the operation process, so as to minimize the environmental pollution caused by exhaust gas and pollutants, and promote the harmless waste.
