1. Ensure good ventilation in the room of solar aerator. Solar aerator is a major energy-consuming unit in sewage treatment system. It generates heat during its operation. If its temperature can not be diffused in time, especially in summer, it will cause the temperature of solar aerator to rise too high. This will not only affect the life of the motor, but also cause the fan shutdown of the solar aerator due to insufficient power. When necessary, air conditioning can be used to reduce the temperature of the solar aerator fan to solve the problem of temperature rise.
2. The air pressure at the inlet and outlet of the blower should be checked frequently in the daily management process. If the air inlet pressure is too low, the air inlet filter should be cleaned or replaced in time. If the air outlet pressure is too high, the gas pipeline should be inspected. The reason may be that the solar aerator microporous membrane is blocked or the water in the air pipeline is accumulated. It can be solved by cleaning the microporous membrane or releasing water in time.
3. Exhaust temperature of blower should be controlled, especially in summer. Excessive outlet temperature can not only cause the fan temperature to rise, but also affect the oxygen content. Generally, it can be prevented by exposing and preventing direct sunlight.
4. Pay attention to lubrication and maintenance, strictly follow the operation and maintenance rules required by solar aerator manufacturers, check regularly and replace lubricants in time.
